Job summary

Mercy San Juan Medical Center, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Director Cardiopulmonary / Respiratory Services. You will coordinate, deliver and optimize high-quality cardiopulmonary care and provide leadership to anticipate current and future needs.

Collaborate with hospital executives and department leaders to implement integrated policies, ensure adherence to standards, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in the State of California.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, provision and deliver high-quality cardiopulmonary services.
• Develop and implement integrated policies and procedures with leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, licensure and government standards.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and expansion to meet community needs.
