Memorial Healthcare System seeks a Director of Respiratory Services to lead the Respiratory Care Services with a focus on high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

You will drive clinical practice, staffing optimization, and data-driven decisions across ICU, ED, NICU, and outpatient settings, ensuring regulatory standards, evidence-based protocols, and strong collaboration with leadership and infection prevention.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• Minimum five years as a Respiratory Therapist with leadership experience.
• Florida RT license and NBRC NBRC preferred.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operations of Respiratory Care Services.
• Set departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage staffing models, scheduling, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Infection Prevention to reduce HAIs and VAE/VAP.
• Partner with physicians to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Apply data analytics to monitor and improve clinical and workforce metrics.
• Standardize care protocols across ICU, ED, NICU, inpatient and outpatient.
