Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant business or accounting experience in an academic setting, with five years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of receivables, loans, and student account transactions.
• Familiarity with federal student aid and loan program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student and non-student accounts receivable, loan programs, and cashiering.
• Ensure billing, disbursement and collection integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a team of ~10 staff, including recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrars, Student Affairs, Dining, IT to improve service delivery.
