Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
- 10+ years in product marketing/management or related leadership roles.
- Experience leading a product portfolio in automation.
- Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cabinet Efficiency business with strategic direction and P&L ownership.
- Own U.S. P&L with budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth.
- Develop go-to-market and pricing strategies.
- Drive VOC initiatives and market intelligence.
- Lead NPI planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain executive relationships with customers and partners.
