Job summary
Phoenix Contact in the United States seeks a Director, Cabinet Efficiency to lead the Cabinet Efficiency portfolio, owning strategy, execution, and financial results. You will drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product management, engineering, and supply chain, lead NPI, VOC, and demand planning, and ensure market leadership in cabinet cooling and energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years in product marketing management, product management, business leadership in industrial automation.
- Experience leading NPI and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cabinet Efficiency business with P&L accountability.
- Own U.S. P&L budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for cabinet solutions.
- Drive VOC initiatives and market intelligence.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Marketing.
