Job summary

Phoenix Contact is seeking a Director, Cabinet Efficiency to lead the USA Cabinet Efficiency portfolio with full P&L ownership, advancing strategic direction, market expansion, and cross‑functional execution across sales, product management, marketing, and operations.

You will drive NPI, VOC, demand planning, and portfolio lifecycle management, partnering with global teams to align regional requirements with corporate strategy and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in product marketing, product management, or senior leadership in industrial automation or related tech.
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary portfolio and driving profitability.
Strong experience with VOC, market intelligence, and go-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to develop and execute NPI and cross-regional product roadmaps.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and commercial tools.

Responsibilities

Lead Cabinet Efficiency business with full accountability for strategic direction and financial performance.
Own U.S. P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for cabinet efficiency solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance.
Drive VOC initiatives and market intelligence to influence product strategy.
Oversee portfolio lifecycle, pricing, and competitive positioning.
