Job summary
Phoenix Contact seeks a Director, Core Business Center - Connectivity to lead the Connectivity business in the USA, owning P&L, shaping the product strategy, and driving cross-functional execution across sales, engineering, and operations. You will steer NPI initiatives, market intelligence, and demand planning to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in product marketing management, product management, business leadership, or related engineering/market disciplines within industrial automation or connectivity, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience leading connectivity, networking, or automation-related offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Connectivity business with full accountability for strategic direction, execution, and financial performance.
- Own US P&L for the Connectivity business, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-based performance.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for the Connectivity portfolio.
- Lead NPI planning and cross-functional alignment across global product strategy and regional priorities.
- Develop and drive value-based product positioning and portfolio optimization.
