Phoenix Contact seeks a Director for Cabinet Efficiency to lead the business with full P&L accountability across the USA. The role drives growth, pricing, and market expansion while coordinating across global product management, sales, and engineering teams.

The position requires strong leadership, market insight, and experience with NPI and VOC, in a hybrid work environment that supports collaboration with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in product marketing/management or related engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years in leadership roles and P&L ownership.
• Experience with NPI, market intelligence, and cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cabinet Efficiency business with full accountability for strategy, execution, and financial results.
• Own U.S. P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management through KPIs.
• Develop go-to-market plans and pricing strategies for cabinet solutions.
• Partner with global teams to align product strategy with regional needs.
• Drive VOC initiatives, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory strategy, and cross-functional operations.
