Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Technology to lead critical SaaS systems, vendor relationships, and day-to-day reliability across a growing tech and manufacturing footprint.

You will oversee hardware, supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce integrations (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) while driving automation initiatives with AI tools and modern workflows. The role requires a strong blend of business operations, technology, and execution at a senior level.

• E-Commerce & Business Systems: Oversee Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and WMS integrations.
• Technology & AI: Identify automation opportunities using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok).
• Growth & Execution: Build scalable processes and lead cross-functional projects end to end.

Director of Business Operations & Technology

Location: Remote/Hybrid – Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 10+ years

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations: Manage critical SaaS systems, vendors, business applications, and day-to-day operational reliability. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Hardware & Supply Chain: Manage China-based factories and other manufacturing partners, including production, purchase orders, product costs, inspections, and operational issues.

Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate domestic and international freight, customs, warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment across the U.S. and Europe. Manage warehouse, logistics, distributor, and reseller relationships.

E-Commerce & Business Systems: Manage operational systems and integrations across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, warehouse management systems, and other business applications.

Technology & AI: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. Work with leadership and technical teams to improve systems, integrations, and workflows.

Growth & Execution: Build scalable processes, solve cross-functional problems, lead operational projects from start to finish, and take ownership of new responsibilities as the company evolves.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, technology, engineering, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong combination of business operations, technology, and execution.
• Application development background or strong technical understanding; comfortable with both software and hardware.
• Experience managing vendors and external business partners.
• Experience with international manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of business systems, integrations, APIs, process automation, and AI tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion.
