Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a Director of Business Operations & Technology to lead critical SaaS systems, vendor relationships, and day-to-day reliability across a growing tech and manufacturing footprint.

You will oversee hardware, supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce integrations (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) while driving automation initiatives with AI tools and modern workflows. The role requires a strong blend of business operations, technology, and execution at a senior level.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in a small business, startup, or entrepreneurial environment.
Strong blend of business operations, technology, and execution.
Application development background or strong technical understanding.
Experience with vendors and external partners.
Experience with international manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Business Operations: Manage critical SaaS systems, vendors, and day-to-day operational reliability.
Hardware & Supply Chain: Manage China-based factories, production costs, inspections, and issues.
Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate freight, warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment in US/Europe.
E-Commerce & Business Systems: Oversee Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and WMS integrations.
Technology & AI: Identify automation opportunities using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok).
Growth & Execution: Build scalable processes and lead cross-functional projects end to end.
