Job summary

Hebbia is hiring a Director of Business Operations to turn executive questions into decisions and operational actions. You will report to the President/CTO and own board preparation, company planning, pricing, and consumption economics to guide investments and policy choices.

You will drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Product, Engineering, and GTM, running annual and quarterly plans, tracking spend, and ensuring resource allocation supports growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across strategic finance, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading board preparation, operating metrics, and finance collaboration.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and enterprise usage or consumption pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead board preparation end to end with operating narrative and deck ownership.
• Own the commercial and economic aspects of pricing and consumption, including margins and rate cards.
• Own revenue and GTM decision analytics, including pipeline coverage and account economics.
• Run annual and quarterly planning across the company, tracking spend and burn with Finance.
• Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional projects, including ABM investments and pricing experiments.
• Partner with GTM to align pricing decisions with sales and enablement.
