Zusammenfassung

Hebbia seeks a Director of Business Operations to align finance, GTM, and product, guiding pricing, packaging, and capital allocation to maximize value. You will own board materials, operating narrative, and cross-functional planning with Finance, Product, Sales, and Engineering.

You will drive revenue analytics, pricing experiments, and strategic analyses, partnering with leadership to steer investments and operating plans. This role is based in our offices in SoHo NYC or San Francisco.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years across strategic finance, business operations, consulting, investment banking, PE, or corporate strategy.
• Led board preparation, built operating narratives and metrics with Finance.
• Experience with pricing and packaging decisions and enterprise pricing.
• Strong financial modeling and unit economics instincts.

Aufgaben

• Lead board preparation and operating narrative; coordinate inputs and investor diligence.
• Own pricing and consumption economics; collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Lead revenue analytics and GTM decision analytics.
• Plan annual/quarterly budgets; track spend and burn with Finance.
• Drive strategic analyses and cross-functional projects across the org.
• Partner with GTM and Sales leadership on pricing enablement and deal economics.
