Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic finance, ops, or related fields including startup experience.
- Led board preparation, built operating narratives and metrics with Finance.
- Experienced in pricing and packaging decisions using usage and cost data.
- Strong financial modeling skills with P&L and unit economics insight.
- Ability to operate autonomously amid high ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Credible with Sales, Finance, and Product; comfortable with executives.
- Deep AI curiosity; familiarity with AI-native tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead board preparation end-to-end and align inputs with executives.
- Own pricing models, packaging, margins, rate cards, and renewal strategies.
- Analyze revenue, pipeline, quotas, and account economics for GTM decisions.
- Run annual/quarterly planning; track spend, burn, and headcount trades.
- Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional projects (ABM, build/buy).
- Partner with GTM to ensure credible pricing and enablement.
