Rippling in New York is seeking a BizOps Manager to tackle high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape product, GTM and scale operations. You will work directly with executive leadership to build from 0 to 1, own critical bets, and accelerate growth at an ultra-high-growth company.

You will identify friction points, architect monetization and pricing strategies, partner with Product, Engineering and RevOps, own dashboards and data queries, and help define the source of truth for key

Qualifications

• 4+ years in top-tier BizOps/consulting/VC/PE or startup founder roles.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Strong data-first mindset with SQL and dashboard skills.
• Comfort presenting strategy to C-suite and working with frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Hunt Down High-Impact Problems: identify critical friction and build scalable solutions with senior leaders.
• Master the Revenue Engine: architect monetization, pricing, and packaging strategies to accelerate market dominance.
• Drive Cross-Functional Force-Multiplier Projects: partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to launch new initiatives.
• Own Your Data: write SQL queries, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights.
• Set the Source of Truth: collaborate with Finance and RevOps to define scalable metrics.
