COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $150,000 plus bonus and salary may go higher DOE.

Position Overview
We are working with a client in sourcing and identifying an experienced Director of Business Development to drive new business growth for an established organization in the logistics, supply chain, and public warehousing industry.
This is a true new-business “hunter” role focused on identifying, developing, and securing net-new customers and contracts, with a particular emphasis on public warehousing opportunities.
The successful candidate will be skilled in outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and developing relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite decision-makers. This individual will build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and work with senior sales leadership to transition qualified prospects through the solution, proposal, and contract process.
This is a remote/hybrid role, with a preference for candidates located in the Atlanta or Chattanooga area or within approximately 100 miles. Travel will include prospect and client meetings, trade shows, networking events, and occasional overnight travel.
