Qualifications

• 3+ years selling specialty pharmacy services preferred.
• Strong understanding of specialty market including cell and gene therapies.
• Proven ability to drive results in growth-driven environments.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Grow contracts between Innovative Care Pharmacy and specialty manufacturers.
• Call on senior leadership in targeted pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer organizations and product portfolios.
• Serve as primary contact for potential customers in cell, gene and other therapies.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Close business to exceed revenue targets.
