Qualifications

• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

• The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an entry strategy, conducting prospecting campaigns, developing relationships and understanding the customer's strategies, then working with subject matter experts to create and execute a solution to meet objectives.
