CLEAResult is seeking an accomplished Director of Business Development to lead regional growth by identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the sales process across energy efficiency markets.

You will coach BD managers, shape national and regional strategies, and collaborate with Delivery teams to position CLEAResult for renewals and new business, drawing on deep sector knowledge and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the energy efficiency industry required.
• 12+ years with a BA; 10+ years with an MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business development efforts and pursue opportunities in regional markets.
• Provide national market insights and contribute to national BD strategy.
• Coaching of BD Managers on prospecting, engagement, and qualification.
• Develop advanced BD concepts and practices and serve as a corporate expert.
• Develop proposals and pursue strategies with BD, Solutions, and Delivery teams.
