This leadership role involves cross-functional collaboration with Solutions and Delivery teams, shaping proposals, and delivering market insights for national strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in the energy efficiency industry required.
• 12+ years with a BA; 10+ years with an MBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead major business development efforts.
• Provide national market insights and contribute to BD strategy.
• Engage with clients to position CLEAResult for opportunities and renewals.
• Develop and coach regional teams on prospecting and qualification.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams on proposals and pursuits.
