The Mortgage Research Center, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead community outreach, build meaningful partnerships, and expand our presence through events and strategic engagement. You will educate Veterans on VA home loan benefits and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen our brand.

You will recruit and lead a high-performing, diverse team, manage relationships with external agencies and government partners, and ensure compliance with guidelines while driving

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, public relations, or a related field.
• NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate a high-performing, diverse team.
• Knowledge of compliance with state, federal, industry, and company guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies, organizations, and departments to support community programs and events.
• Develop and execute communication plans to reach key client groups and audiences.
• Collaborate with Branch Marketing to strengthen the brand, logos, signage, and messaging.
• Establish relationships with clients, government officials, and media partners to support growth.
• Educate Veterans and partners about VA home loan benefits through lunch-and-learns, seminars, and local events.
• Represent the branch at realtor functions, third-party events, and networking opportunities.
• Contribute to team culture and overall branch success.
