Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, mortgage industry preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic plans to expand business presence in the market.
• Prepares cost-effective procedures to expand business relationships.
• Develops and maintains a realtor/referral partner database.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate detailed business requirements to contribute to growth plans.
• Develop measures to evaluate the effectiveness of business relationships.
