• Ability to simplify technical information into clear language.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, public relations, or related field.

• Licensed or willing to become NMLS licensed upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining partnerships with external agencies, organizations, and departments to support community programs and events.
• Identifying key client groups and audiences, then developing and executing communication plans that reach them effectively.
• Collaborating with the Branch Marketing team to strengthen and maintain the company’s brand, including consistent use of logos, signage, and messaging.
• Establishing strong working relationships with clients, government officials, and media partners to support business growth.
• Educating Veterans and community partners about the VA home loan benefit through lunch and learns, seminars, and local events.
• Representing the branch at realtor functions, third‑party events, and networking opportunities.
• Pitching in wherever needed to help strengthen the team, culture, and overall success of the branch.
