Title: Business Development Director (NYC)

Location: New York City (Remote-Friendly)

We are a creative production company offering services across brand strategy, creative direction, video production, graphic design, 3D rendering/animation, and more. We’re looking for a Business Development Director to lead new business generation and client relationship management, with a focus on expanding our footprint in New York City.

You’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and overseeing those client relationships as they grow. Our internal team handles all creative execution — your focus is sourcing opportunities, building partnerships, and serving as the key contact for the accounts you manage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in NYC and beyond
  2. Manage and nurture client relationships from pitch to repeat business
  3. Act as the primary liaison for your accounts
  4. Work closely with our creative team to align client goals and deliverables

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, client services, or agency sales
  • Strong network in the creative, marketing, or branding industries
  • Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives with flexibility and autonomy
  • Experience in a creative discipline or in creative production is a strong plus
