The University of Vermont Foundation seeks a Director of Board & Presidential Relations to act as the primary staff liaison to the Foundation Board and Leadership Council. This senior role partners with the President and CEO to advance governance, engagement, and philanthropic leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, planning presidential engagements, and building strong relationships with senior volunteers and university leadership to advance institutional priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in advancement or related field.
• Experience with board or volunteer relations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary staff liaison to the Board of Directors and Foundation Leadership Council.
• Coordinate Board onboarding, meetings, and governance activities.
• Lead Presidential engagement planning and coordination with University partners.
• Develop engagement strategies for Board and volunteer leadership.
• Support strategic projects and initiatives at the request of the President & CEO.
