Responsibilities

• Serve as primary staff liaison to the Foundation Board and Leadership Council.
• Plan and execute board meetings, retreats, orientations, and governance activities.
• Coordinate presidential engagement with donors, prospects, and volunteers.
• Develop strategies to deepen donor and volunteer engagement and philanthropic support.
• Collaborate across departments to align governance with institutional priorities.
