Durango Casino & Resort seeks a Director of Beverage to lead the Beverage Admin department, driving performance across cash flow, guest experience, and team development.

You will oversee inventory control, cost controls, budgeting, and pricing audits, partner with surveillance, and champion coaching to elevate operational excellence.

This role requires leadership by example, a 21+ policy, and the ability to stay flexible in a fast-paced casino environment.

Competenze

• Must have comprehensive beverage knowledge including profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and purchasing.
• Must be able to manage time effectively with minimum supervision and must be able to handle a flexible work schedule.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Mansioni

• Analyze and recognize deficiencies or problem areas and provide corrective material, financial and personnel resources to accomplish desired results. Work with surveillance to stop theft.
• Audit price points in beverage matrix and match to Infogenesis; audit beverage screens for accuracy; monitor beverage books and POS for accuracy.
• Understand and utilize management tools with the department to achieve budget, quality, service standards and financial goals.
