Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum eight years beverage management experience.
• Casino/hospitality beverage operations experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure beverage department compliance with laws and regulations.
• Set priorities and guide beverage management.
• Establish performance and profit objectives for beverage outlets.
• Prepare budgets and conduct analysis for the property.
• Develop and layout new beverage outlets.
• Oversee labor, cost controls, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate beverage service for events with other F&B departments.
• Conduct quarterly management performance reviews.
