Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Director of Beverage to lead the Beverage Department, overseeing budget adherence, inventory control and cost management. You will guide a team to meet financial targets, ensure quality service, and partner with Surveillance to prevent theft.

You will drive beverage program profitability, train staff, and coordinate with F&B leadership to align with company standards and guest satisfaction goals across properties.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive beverage knowledge including profit and loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control and purchasing.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision and a flexible schedule.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deficiencies and provide corrective materials, financial and personnel resources to accomplish results, coordinating with surveillance to stop theft.
• Maintain cost of goods sheets for outlets and perpetual inventories; audit invoices, transfer sheets and daily cost controls.
• Audit price points in beverage matrix and Infogenesis; monitor beverage books and POS for accuracy.
• Utilize management tools with the department team to meet budget, quality, service standards and financial goals in daily operations.
• Communicate activities to the VP of Food and Beverage; attend essential meetings; contribute information for daily huddles across properties.
