Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW) with 3 years of clinical experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling services as needed.
• Ensure program services align with agency standards, regulations and best practice.
• Oversee OMH and OASAS programming.
• Ensure clinical records are accurate and current per regulations.
• Identify staff development needs and access training resources.
• Manage day-to-day program operations and staff leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Horizon policies and funding requirements.
• Evaluate clinical staff per Horizon policies and procedures.
• Hire and onboard clinical team members.
• Provide direct clinical supervision to multi-disciplinary staff.
