Zusammenfassung

Liberty Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Divisional Director to oversee a portfolio of OMH, OASAS, OTDA and HUD funded programs across Onondaga, Madison, and Monroe counties.

The role supports CQI initiatives, new program development, and acts as administrative back-up to the AVP. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, 5 years of experience including 2 in admin/supervisory roles, and a valid NY driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Human Services, Public Administration or Social Work.
• 5 years of experience with 2 years in admin & supervisory role.
• Valid NY driver's license and reliable transportation; familiarity with NYS AIDS Institute, NYS OMH, DSS and OASAS compliance issues.

Aufgaben

• Oversees, evaluates and informs clinical practice within the division to ensure programs have a solid clinical foundation and achieve client outcomes.
• Develops, maintains, evaluates and improves assigned programs for high-quality, efficient service delivery; provides direct program oversight and consultation.
• Responsible for program licensure and/or certification.
• Participates in funding application processes.
• Supervises supervisors and staff; coordinates staff meetings and supervision conferences.
• Leads the QA/QI process; prepares reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Participates in Utilization Review as assigned.
• Plans and develops existing and new Behavioral Healthcare services; recommends modifications; acts as Division lead in the AVP's absence.
• Ensures initial staff orientation and ongoing development planning.
• Initiates personnel recruitment and conducts staff evaluations to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintains regular inspection of clinical records and plans to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
