Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with QHP certification and 3 years of direct service experience, including clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of clinical supervision practice, mental health systems, and psychotropic medications.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program and administrative staff with coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure services meet contracted levels within budget and resource limits.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with other agencies and monitor chart audits and records accuracy.
• Lead onboarding and training, and support staff in developing competencies.
• Attend agency meetings and contribute to program development and KPIs.
