• Credentialing as a Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor.
• Licensure as a Psychologist.
• Licensure as a Social Worker.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision to staff according to agency standards.
• Ensure all 9 CCBHC services are considered for each client.
• Coordinate referrals to Health Homes and/or Primary Care Physicians.
• Maintain timely documentation and supervisees' records.
• Oversee intake calls, assessments, and crisis interventions.
• Develop client action plans aligned with assessments.
• Coordinate services with other staff and external agencies.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and program productivity.
• Prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
