CVS Health is seeking a Director of Behavior Change Marketing to lead an agile, end-to-end team responsible for consumer engagement campaigns across Commercial and Medicare memberships in New York. The role focuses on driving medical cost savings and improved health outcomes through data-driven, multi-channel strategies.

The position operates from the NYC office with on-site presence two days per week and offers a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Demonstrated past experience in successfully delivering consumer experiences (strategy & operations) with measurable business impact.
• 10+ years work experience minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end behavior change marketing campaigns in an agile environment.
• Direct cross-functional pods with marketing strategists, designers and data scientists.
• Develop campaign content, briefs and rapid content iteration with a defined test strategy.
• Ensure multi-channel implementation (email, SMS, web, direct mail, calls) with tracking and optimization.
• Collaborate with analytics to drive health outcomes and cost savings for members.
