Job summary

arrivia, based in Scottsdale, seeks a Director of Business Development to drive partnership growth and build the systems, conference program, and executive materials that power our BD team. You will own HubSpot, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, run industry conferences, and craft proposals that advance deals.

You will work with senior BD leaders to develop opportunities, travel to conferences monthly, and ensure the engine behind our BD function runs smoothly and measurably.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, sales operations, or partnerships.
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience: pipeline management, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM for business development, including deal tracking and pipeline hygiene.
• Maintain real-time visibility into pipeline and revenue forecasting for leadership reports.
• Own the conference calendar and ROI planning, budget management and cost control.
• Manage conference logistics: booth setup, shipping, inventory, on-site delivery, lead capture, post-event reporting.
• Build proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documentation to advance deals.
• Conduct deep research on target accounts and prospective partners.
