Job summary
Walmart is seeking a Group Director of Tooling, Automation, and Business Operations to lead a high-impact Site Merchandising team. You will partner with Product, Tech, and UX to implement scalable tooling, automate processes, and drive data-driven decisions that accelerate eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities
- Set strategy for scalable site operations using tools, insights, automation, and processes.
- Advise Site Merchandising strategy and align cross-functional priorities.
- Lead insights-to-action engine to improve customer experience and outcomes.
- Own partnership across Product, Tech, and UX for operational scale.
- Lead tooling and platform work (CX Tools, DGF, PRISM, Homepage, Smart Creative).
- Drive continuous-improvement to modernize operating model and workflows.
- Accelerate automation to reduce manual work and increase capacity.
- Create governance, intake, prioritization, and launch readiness processes.
- Develop reporting, KPIs, and operating cadences for site health.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of strategic operators.
