Job summary

LMK Infotech is hiring a seasoned AI/ML lead to drive end-to-end projects—from data pipelines to production models. You will shape robust AI systems that power decision-making for Fortune 500 clients, overseeing governance and measurable business impact.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments across environments. Remote-first, competitive compensation, and learning budgets accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production AI/ML solutions in enterprise or consulting settings.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on with MLOps platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Strong SQL/ETL skills and cloud storage experience.
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• Ability to design monitoring for drift, latency and model quality.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and client-facing delivery.
• Contributions to OSS ML libraries or public talks are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models aligned to client objectives.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines with feature engineering and MLOps tooling.
• Establish model governance, ethics guidelines, and performance evaluation.
• Mentor junior engineers and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Improve system performance and reliability through profiling and testing.
