Job summary

Central California Alliance for Health seeks an Application Services Director to oversee the Application Services Department. The role can be located in one of our CA service counties or remotely in California with quarterly travel to service areas.

Residency in California required upon hire. The position requires strategic oversight of application lifecycle management, enterprise software implementations, and leadership of staff, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience related to application services and development and electronic data exchange.
• Healthcare environment experience and management-level experience preferred; Master's may substitute two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic management oversight in implementing, directing and monitoring the Alliance's Application Services Department functions.
• Directs the Application Services Department, acts as a subject matter expert, and provides direction and advice on application development functions and overall business operations.
• Directs, manages and supervises Application Services Department staff.
