Job summary

Central California Alliance for Health is seeking an Application Services Director to oversee the Application Services Department. Remote in California or located in one of the service counties with quarterly travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application lifecycle management, large-scale software implementations (Claims, Care Management, ERP/CRM), and proven leadership to mentor teams while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Ten years of application services and development experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Three years in management; master's may substitute for two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic management oversight of the Application Services Department.
• Directs, advises on application development and overall business operations.
• Directs and supervises Application Services staff.
