Job summary

  • Own full P&L accountability for the Anchoring business; manage revenue, margin, EBITDA, and improvements.
  • Drive commercial strategy, market positioning, pricing discipline, and strategic customer focus.
  • Coordinate sales, operations, engineering, and support to ensure executable and profitable commitments.
  • Foster continuous improvement with data-driven decisionmaking and disciplined execution.
  • Lead the organization through EOS or comparable operating systems.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new product development strategy and implementation to support manufacturing capacity and customer needs
What You'll Need
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineered products environments
  • Proven experience leading a constructionrelated, manufacturing, or engineered products business with full P&L accountability
  • Strong background in general construction, with industryrelated experience preferred (anchoring systems, construction materials, engineered solutions, or similar technical products)
  • Demonstrated ability to set and execute growth strategy that delivers measurable market expansion and profitability
  • Experience leading organizations through EOS or similar operating systems, with strong discipline around execution and accountability
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and capital decisionmaking
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level internally and externally
  • Track record of building highperforming teams and developing leaders
  • Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
  • Experience in Transmission & Distribution, Utilities, or EPC firms is a plus
Your Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
