Job summary

Commercial Metals (CMC) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities in our Charleston area facilities. You will supervise production staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency across processes.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, resolving production issues, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics to meet customer requirements. The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

What You'll Need

Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
3+ years of manufacturing or supervisory experience, preferably in concrete or related industries.
Musthave a valid driver's license.

Your Education

High School Diploma or GED required
