Job summary

Golin Ketchum is seeking a Director, Analytics to join our team. You will lead analytics initiatives across social listening, paid social reporting, earned media analysis, and integrated campaign measurement.

You will act as the face of insights to client stakeholders, drive innovation, mentor junior analysts, and help grow the business with data-driven opportunities. The role requires 8+ years in digital analytics and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, market research or related field; agency experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience analyzing large sets of data and turning it into actionable insights.
• Comfort interpreting a variety of data sources from qualitative research to primary survey data to secondary data and creating a cohesive story.
• Exceptional communications skills to convey complex concepts simply to diverse audiences.
• Advanced analytical skills with understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, testing, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple deliverables and timelines.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Be a change-agent within the agency, drive innovation and new approaches.
• Oversee projects including social listening, paid social reporting, earned media analysis and campaign measurement.
• Act as the face of insights and analytics to client stakeholders with professionalism and credibility.
• Identify and initiate organic business development opportunities.
• Understand and manage agency financials related to analytics work.
• Be willing to dive into project execution when needed.
