Hearts & Science in New York seeks an experienced analytics leader to join the Business Analytics team. You will translate client challenges into actionable insights and strategic recommendations, working closely with planning and investment teams.

You will guide measurement plans, budget development, and analytics initiatives, mentor managers, and collaborate across internal teams to optimize media plans and drive business outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st & 3rd party data, data lakes, clean rooms).
• Experience in marketing analytics related to media and customer journey development, including budgeting, forecasting and ROI.
• Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
• Analytic skills and problem-solving to translate issues into actionable solutions.
• Proven leadership with client relationship experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate business solutions into marketing programs.
• Ability to train and coach colleagues, manage projects and write/present clearly.

Responsabilités

• Build understanding of the client's strategic issues and competitive position.
• Lead analytics to deliver clear, actionable insights and narratives.
• Partner with Planning, Investment, and Activation on budget setting and plan optimization.
• Lead measurement plan development and execution.
• Anticipate client needs and develop proactive solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of scheduled and ad hoc deliverables.
• Provide methodological support and coaching to teams.
• Mentor managers and ADs; contribute to segmentation and audience identification.
• Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on outcomes.
• Offer ad hoc support to solve broad marketing problems.
