You will report to the VP, Data and lead a hybrid team with three in-office days per week, including Thursdays for meetings and events. The role drives enterprise-wide data transformations and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics engineering or related roles.
• 5+ years leading multi-team data/engineering organizations.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale data transformations across multi-team contexts.
• Deep experience with SQL, dimensional modeling, data modeling, cloud data platforms, and observability tools.
• Experience with dbt, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ability to influence executive and non-technical stakeholders with clear strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments.

• Own analytics engineering operating plan across a multi-team organization.
• Build and govern the enterprise data transformation layer for trusted analytics and AI.
