Job summary

Oscar Health seeks an Associate, Analytics Enablement in New York City to govern Looker and Google Data Studio Pro, driving self‑serve analytics and AI‑assisted reporting.

You will establish enterprise BI standards, support decentralized analytics, and collaborate with data science teams to accelerate developer velocity. This role reports to the Data Manager II and follows a hybrid schedule with three in‑office days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics platform administration, data operations, or BI.
• 2+ years of experience using SQL to investigate data or support analytics workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools or configuring AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Access Management for Looker and Google Data Studio Pro.
• Platform Reliability & Escalation Management to ensure system uptime.
• Platform Governance & Auditing to enforce data governance and improve discoverability.
• Developer & AI Enablement to accelerate velocity of analytics teams.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
