Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead the U.S. Housing analytics function across Single-Family and Multifamily segments.

The role combines hands-on data work with leadership of a high-performing team, partnering with Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver scalable analytical products and dashboards. You will drive AI-assisted analytics, establish KPI standards, and ensure timely, high-quality insights that inform strategic decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of analytics, BI, data science, or related leadership experience.
• Strong experience with data visualization and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms like Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Housing analytics team across Single-Family and Multifamily.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Engineering to build scalable analytic products.
• Develop KPI standards, dashboards, and governance across platforms.
• Guide data-driven decision-making through AI-assisted analytics and insights.
