Job summary

Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield, is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead the U.S. Housing analytics function for Single-Family and Multifamily portfolios.

You will guide a team, partner with Product, Technology, and Engineering, and drive data strategies that influence decision-making through BI and AI-enabled insights. You will stay hands-on as needed, working directly with SQL, Python, and Redshift, while shaping an enterprise analytics roadmap and standards for KPIs across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years in analytics, BI, data science, or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, and prototyping.
• Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, segmentation.
• Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools in analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics across the U.S. Housing platform for Single-Family and Multifamily.
• Build and coach a high-performing analytics team.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards across the platform.
• Work with Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver analytical products.
• Hands-on in SQL, Python, Redshift, and BI models when needed.
• Prioritize analytics work by measurable business impact and resources.
• Drive integration of analytics capabilities across teams and platforms.
• Communicate priorities, recommendations, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
