Etude Capital LLC seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to lead analytics across real estate investments and insurance operations. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring autonomous work, rapid decision-making, and measurable impact on capital allocation and operations.

You will build and mentor a growing analytics team, own data governance, and partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology to embed analytics throughout critical initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing teams/direct reports.
• 10+ years in analytics, data strategy, BI, or related field.
• Proven experience leading company-wide analytics programs in fast-moving environments.
• Able to operate strategically and tactically—autonomously.
• Strong data operations, statistics, dashboards, and governance background.
• Experience with investment portfolios and/or insurance/financial services analytics.
• Exceptional communication translating complex data to executives.
• Track record leading high-performing analytics teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set analytics strategy and direction across insurance and investment management.
• Grow and supervise analytics function with high-quality reporting and modeling.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executive decisions and capital allocation.
• Drive automation and modern analytics tooling to speed insights.
• Mentor analytics team while capable of hands-on execution when needed.
• Design data collection frameworks ensuring accuracy and timeliness across units.
• Establish data governance standards for quality and compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Tech to embed analytics in key initiatives.
• Develop reporting platforms for underwriting optimization, claims, forecasting, and performance.
