Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or BI.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data modeling skills.
• Experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and executive visuals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based data models and pipelines for marketing analytics.
• Analyze channels, partners, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for marketing and executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and deliver insights.
• Mentor up to one analyst as the team evolves.
