You will guide a team of analytics professionals, while partnering with Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver measurable business impact through advanced analytics, Power BI dashboards, and AI-assisted tools. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in analytics, BI, data science or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Advanced SQL skills and cloud data platforms like Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics roadmap and prioritize work by business impact.
• Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting standards.
• Hands-on work in SQL, Python, Redshift; apply predictive analytics and segmentation.
• Coach and grow a high-performing analytics team across functions.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data Engineering, and Software Eng.
