Maymont Homes, a Brookfield Property company, is seeking a Data Scientist to develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using Python, SQL, and Excel. You will analyze complex data, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights to business partners across portfolios.

You will own end-to-end modeling lifecycle, collaborate with Data Engineering, and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of data science/analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and collaborative software development.
